Where are all the benefits?

You can find all the benefits of your membership on the VayaCard website (At the scroll box on the right side of the page). 
including discounts in South America, Central America, and online.
You can also stay updated on new discounts and exclusive updates on our Facebook, Instagram pages and WhatsApp groups.

How do i use the card?

To use VayaCard, present the digital card while paying or checking in at the hostel. Share a photo of the card when ordering via WhatsApp. Read the Questions and Answers page for instructions and examples of how to use it. This ensures optimal utilization and prevents confusion or issues.

 

What if the business does not honor the card?

Ask to speak with the owner or manager who approved the discounts. 
Occasionally, new employees may not be familiar with the discounts. 
If you encounter any issues, inform us immediately. It’s crucial to note that a business owner who refuses to honor the discount or misrepresents prices after a discount is breaking the rules, and it’s essential to report such incidents to VayaCard.

Can I redeem discounts for a friend or spouse?

The card is personal and the business owner will honor the order for the cardholder only.

After you have made the payment,  you were directed back to our website where you were given the option to download the card, if you still cannot find your card please contact us on WhatsApp
